Summary

The bill explicitly regulates the form and use of the regional emblems and flags of Bohemia, Moravia and Silesia in the Czech legal system for the first time. It establishes their exact heraldic form and stipulates that they may be used in a dignified manner by anyone. The aim is to symbolically strengthen the historical continuity and significance of the lands of the Czech Crown without financial or administrative consequences.
